List the operation log for an account's permissioned repo within a space, returning operations after a given revision. Primary incremental sync mechanism. By default each created or updated operation inlines the record's current value; set excludeValues for metadata-only entries. Callable with either OAuth (for the authenticated user's own data) or a space credential (for syncing services).
