/network.habitat.mcp.addServer

Add an MCP server to the org by writing its record. Nobody signs in to it yet: for an oauth server this registers a Nango integration, and each member then connects with startAuthorization; a manual server needs no auth, so every member is connected to it automatically. Requires service-auth. Requires the mcp.configure action.
